This destination wedding took place at the newly opened Rosewood Schloss Fuschl in Austria, set beside the most beautiful glimmering lake and surrounded by mountains. Ridare managed the guest journey from the early planning stages through to the celebration itself, including RSVP management, guest communications and transport logistics.

With a full hotel buyout and perfect blue skies across the weekend, guests settled into lakeside life quickly. Mornings for the Ridare team began with brave chilly dips in the lake to awaken the senses before ensuring guests were taken care of at the best of our ability. On site, our team worked closely with both the planners and the hotel and acted as an extension of the concierge, supporting arrivals and guest movements throughout the weekend.
