Each event is led by a dedicated Guest Liaison Manager, working closely alongside Sophie to deliver a seamless and considered guest experience from start to finish.
Recognising that every event is unique, Sophie carefully builds each guest liaison team to suit the occasion. She draws from a handpicked network of exceptional freelancers, people she trusts implicitly to represent the planner’s vision and go above and beyond for every guest.
Our approach is calm, collaborative and highly personal. We work as an extension of the planner’s team, managing every guest interaction with care, clarity and discretion, so that every detail feels effortless.
