Sophie's career began in education, teaching at a specialist education school. Her work was defined by care, precision and a genuine investment in the people around her.‌

Moving into the luxury travel world, Sophie began working closely alongside event planners and quickly noticed something - planners were carrying the full weight of both production and guest management, yet nobody was dedicated solely to the guest experience.

Ridare was created to change that.
