H&G x Liz Linkleter Events    

Ridare worked alongside Liz Linkleter Events to support the guest journey for this Cotswolds wedding, set within a beautiful private estate. In the lead up to the celebration we managed RSVPs, guest communications, accommodation coordination and transport logistics.

Transport was a key part of the planning and we worked closely with the bride’s father to coordinate guest movements from various accommodations to their homes. As the weekend unfolded, we made several on site adjustments, increasing the number of cars and reducing larger buses to ensure the guest experience remained smooth and relaxed.

The celebration itself was extraordinary. In one unforgettable moment, the bride and groom arrived on a camel, a wonderful surprise for guests and a playful nod to the couple’s heritage, while the wider event balanced this with the elegance and thoughtful detail Liz Linkleter Events is known for.
