A&A x Liz Linkleter Events   

A spectacular destination wedding in Menorca with Liz Linkleter Events, supporting the guest journey from the initial save the dates through to final departures. We managed RSVPs, guest communications and accommodation for 300 guests travelling from all over the world.

Transport became one of the biggest moving parts, with multiple venues and longer drive times across the island. With the heat and the scale of the weekend, there were a few challenges along the way, but we worked closely with drivers and the events team, adjusting timings where needed to keep everything flowing.

On the wedding day, we ran the hair and makeup schedule onsite, coordinating timings across a large group and keeping everything calm and on track.

Alongside this, we were hosting guests throughout the weekend, making sure everyone felt looked after from the moment they arrived. The rapport you build in such a short space of time is always special and we loved being a part of this magnificent wedding!
